I'm taking literature history right now and for my latest assignment I picked Jules Verne. He's one of them authors you always hear so much about but I never took the time to read anything by him.
So I'm reading A Journey to the Center of the Earth. And I'm really liking it. And then, when I've read almost half way, and is pretty worked up about the plot, I suddenly remember that I've heard how this story ends before. Kinda ruining the surprise. Fail.
No one thinks about warning for spoilers about a book written in the 1860's I guess.
