Been having a lot of fun baking during the weekend. One of the things we made were these awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies. Really great recipe, we only did a couple of changes. We couldn't get the finished chocolate chips here that we could in England, so we hammered regular cooking chocolate into different size pieces with a hammer. 200 grams of light chocolate and 100 grams of white chocolate - glorious!
